"We have been working with Mike and Jayme at this SF office for many years. They are always quick to respond and are easy to do insurance changes with remotely or via text messages (a must for us busy people). They do not push you to purchase anything more than you have, but offer guidance when requested. Can not recommend this SF office enough!"

"I was looking for commercial insurance after Allstate canceled commercial policy division. I looked around at lots of insurance companies way higher than what I was paying. Then I found Mike! Not only was he cheaper then Allstate but the insurance coverage was better. Mike was very courteous and prompt in answering calls , emails and text! Also Mike has a great staff to back him up!"

"Let me start by saying I’ve tried to stay with State Farm but they consistently increase prices every month to every other month. $5 here $5 there. The final straw was I traded my Tesla which had an extreamly high insurance bill, I called the office and got a quote on a new bronco they said it would be $11 more per month. Well just got the first bill my bill went from $386 to $556 per month! Called GEICO and got them to quote me with a new policy for only 346 per month! State Farm is way too expensive!!!!!! Stay away from these people at all cost! Oh and State Farm good luck putting negative remarks below this post! My family has consistently told yall we were not fans of the price going up every month but I specifically have been very respectful and courteous to yall! Just as a company you’re a complete rip off that does not care how badly your bleeding your customers dry! In a response to the reply- last I checked the name of this location is Mike Colman State Farm insurance agent, a representative of the company as a whole for State Farm. But to also address with pricing I had gotten my updated quote for my recent vehicle purchase through this office directly and was informed that it was going to be $11 more per month just to log into my app and see it’s over $100 per month so yes I do blame a portion of this on the physical location. But also you are correct State Farm as a whole is no longer taking care of its customers. Mike you have an email from me with my cancellation details. It is my pleasure to no longer support State Farm’s buissness model"

"On January 23 after two phone calls to State Farm to see why I have a late penalty when I have AUTOMATIC payments set up the lady at the office hung up in my face. I called and had a representative from Wells Fargo on the line directly with State Farm to try and resolve the issue. Basically State Farm and Wells Fargo went back and forth. Still nothing got solved. I call back to speak to the owner of State Farm Mike Coleman the only thing he suggested was I find another insurance company When I have been a loyal customer for 8 years and I have never had a complaint or issue. Then Mike proceeded to say it would be in my best interest to find another insurance company and hung up the phone in my face as I was talking. How am I been punished for having automated payments this is after State Farm told me they have a new system. If your team tried to help why was I still charged a LATE fee and I have auto payments. You and your team are very unprofessional. Even the lady from Wells Fargo told me I was being belittle by you and your staff, she even had to stop and correct your employee as to what my name was!!!! You never got the issue resolved and never got to hear my side of the story. You did the exact same thing they did. And for my coworkers yelling they got upset because of the way you where trying to handle me. I am now doing business with another State Farm agent. Now have a blessed day"

As for the hang up, that was at the point in our conversation where you and a co-worker were yelling disparaging remarks over the phone and I don't listen to that sort of abuse."
